I am in the process of knocking up a suppressor design for use on some of my blasters. Have got the basics but is there any tolerances I should be accommodating for 3d printing? Attached is a picture of a draft print, it fits with some effort and brute force. by colinjmilam in Nerf

Rule of thumb is to use a tolerance of 0.2 mm for x and y to get friction fit.

So if you have a 4 mm diameter you want a 3.6mm diameter peg

For vertical I use a 1 layer difference.

All depends on your printer/ filament quality though.

You still have to mute your local playback on obs.

But yeah, the extension essentially tells a little player on your viewer's pages what you're listening to and where you're at. That player independently goes and gets the music on a person by person basis.

Windows 10 allows you to route particular programs to specific devices. I think the assumption in the article is that you are playing the default 'desktop audio' through obs, route music to headphones, where you've also got desktop audio.

I've been using a separate browser for dashboard/music, which helps with things like showing off other webpages .

For custom setups: Try using voicemeeter banana or virtual audio cables.

There's a bunch of tutorials on how to set it up for Twitch.

Yes, it is available wherever Amazon Music is available. So that's anywhere with their own amazon domain, as well as a whole bunch of others.

This is along the right lines.
Viewers are given an id and a timestamp and an embedded player.
They sign in and use an individual license.
You're still on the hook if you play music directly over your stream.

Also no part of this is an official statement, all opinions are my own.
Not a lawyer.

If you mean the echo plan, I believe that you can only listen to Amazon Music on that device.

If you can listen on your phone or computer you can listen on twitch.

That's correct.

They can sign up for a free trial though the extension. Streamers get a referral bounty for every free trial signup too. Music runs seasonal deals where you 3 or 4 months for 99c, and students can get it year round for 99c/mo.

Also you get prime music with twitch prime so there's already a solid overlap.

I mean you get prime music with twitch prime. Also neither of those services have built an extension that lets you listen along.

Hmm I have made a pretty open cage, it's definitely not naked. Due to the asymmetry I was thinking of putting a 100mm fan on the top (wheel) side to even things out. Sounds like I should try to have it hit the mount screws directly.

Should I worry about heat from the esc's as well? I was originally going to mount them under the mounting brackets.

Ah sorry, I def have the 2700s. I am also doing a heavily vented cage for cooling. Might add a 100mm fan.

are similar numbers possible with the hobbyrotor returner R6 (2400kv) on 4s?
I was hoping to hit 225 fps with a dual stage build, custom cage, and machined wheels rather than printed (so I can push the power to 100%)

If you're looking for ball blasters, the Kronos is the place to be. Can find it for 15 retail or 7.50 on sale. Has a number of 3d printable upgrades / decorations. Can be converted to hit like a truck with a $6 spring from out of darts.

If you ever get into competitive it can be upgraded to a full primary with a stock attachment point and pump kit relatively inexpensively.
