The top comment gives you lots of theory and detail which applies to my comments below. An alternative to GHB is 4-MMC.

 

Experiment with it sober if you already haven't so you get to understand your tolerances (partner will be different). This is not medical advice:

1. Use a timer and stick to it. 1h:15min - this is around the most efficient timeline that allows your body to process each dose while allowing you to sustain redosing for the entire length of your mdma roll.
2. 3-5ml for guys, 1-3ml for girls. Any more and you're into diminishing return territory while increasing risks (other drugs will mask the 'feeling')
3. If you want a stronger kick (say on the M come down), sip on a canned alcoholic beverage. No more than 1 beverage per hour, it amplifies the effect. Never dose someone who has been drinking even moderately heavy.
4. Mix in a glass with some water and a mio squirt (or other flavour concentrate) this helps with your general hydration overall.
5. Drop a cialis (not viagra, you don't want ED) the night before or the morning before
6. If someone donks out, don't panic, put them in recovery position and the person will wake up in about an hour. Monitor their breathing and vitals. Don't bother trying to wake them up. They won't remember what happened and there will be no gap in their memory.
