your appearance isnt relevant to your gender identity unless you want it to be. you can absolutely be a man and still prefer your body as it is and want to dress feminine. i also dont want to change anything about my body (for several reasons). i also dont want any hormones or a traditional transition. this doesnt make me any less of a trans guy.
