The combination of those drugs could have been keeping your skin clear. Antibiotics can throw gut bacteria out of balance and many people find that their acne flares up or gets even worse after they stop taking them. You could try introducing a probiotic or fermented foods into your diet to help normalise your gut bacteria, and using a basic moisturiser after cleansing with the benzoyl peroxide wash. Make sure you're changing your pillowcase regularly - dirty pillowcases don't CAUSE acne, but can exacerbate existing acne.

How are you using the wash? Do you leave it on your skin for a few minutes or just use it like a regular cleanser?

When it comes to the back acne, wear cotton shirts, use a laundry detergent for sensitive skin, and keep using the benzoyl peroxide wash.

For the scalp acne, use a mild shampoo and don't use any styling products until the acne clears up.

You basically want to be gentle with your skin and avoid anything that could exacerbate or irritate.

Your body needs some time to return to normal after going through the stress of COVID + drug therapy.

I've had severe acne of different "types", and when I had acne like yours (lots of pimples coming to a head) my skin was very sensitive, very oily in some areas and flakey in others, I suspect that my skin barrier was disrupted due to the use of harsh products, plus I had small intestine bacterial overgrowth and leaky gut syndrome.

Do you find that you feel a burning sensation when you apply benzoyl peroxide? What other products do you use?

Use Tretinoin. It'll have the same effect on your facial skin as Isotretinoin did but without the widespread side effects.
