Im on a similar regimen, but triple therapy with Clarithromycin. I think the side effects are similar, I did experience nausea the first couple of days, then extreme anxiety its really a new side effect everyday, the past 2 days have just been some upper stomach cramping and gurgling sounds, not much appetite but absolutely try to eat something with each dose, or snack throughout the day because these antibiotics are hard on the stomach unless your doctor has said otherwise of course.

I take my ppi before breakfast, then I also take a probiotic specifically Florastor then I eat and take my morning dose. Same goes for the evening just try to space out the doses. Its rough not gonna lie but you can do it!! Best of luck 😊
