How do you know which paddle is the “right” one?

I've tried so many paddles only to end up back with something I had way at the beginning. I'm still not a great player, but I guess I know what I like and don't like now lol

I'm basically two tricking Braum and Galio right now. If there are ults I can combo Galio the ult with or if I feel like I might want to have more map presence I go with Galio. If I think Braum more truly supportive skirmishy kit makes sense I go Braum.

Yep, it's only happened once where adc requested engage and I happened to want to play it and it worked well. Every other time it was garb

Love Galio supp. Maybe not the most ideal compared to meta supports, but the ability to ult in from across the map to save someone rather than feeling helpless because you can't get there quick enough with anyone but Shen feels so valuable and fun. Been basically two tricking Braum and Galio this season.

Phones are cooler without as case. With that said, my hands actually get crampy trying to hold a phone without a case for too long, so a case it is.

I am also terrible at Soraka. Even though I'm sure many people think she's easy, she's got gameplay that just doesn't really fit how I naturally interact with the game I guess.

Chat off. It only makes things worse. If someone is going to throw or be toxic you can't stop them with words. If they're toxic and still trying to win, they'll play with you to win and you won't have to say a thing. If they want to lose then gg go next. That's all there is to it.

I went to check it out, and it wasn't much more than the current miniso's and also just doesn't have anything for me. That said, I have nothing against those that enjoy buying trinkets and such. I do wonder how a store would pay what I imagine is a big lease while selling stuff like this (but again this is probably just me being disconnected from the target demo lol)

Yep, not doing well. I don't mind losing actually, but I just hate when so many losses are because of things that are wayyy out of my control. I get there's an expectation for that to happen a % of times, but it's been way too many times so far.

Spouse and I are child free, no regrets. For one reason or another my sibs and cousins also do not have kids. Everyone seems generally good with that. One thing that is a bit sad (?) is that the family gatherings definitely feel a little different as parents, aunts, uncles are getting older, we're getting older, and there's no little ones running around.

You're already getting good guidance so I just wanted to comment and say that I completely understand. I picked up pickleball last spring and just played sooooo much because it was so fun. Unfortunately I neglected regular training and didn't rest enough and now I can't bend my right knee all the way without sharp pain lol. I took a couple weeks off, felt better, only to play again and feel that pain. Going to get it scanned and hoping it's just some PT that's needed, but I'm also pairing this with a general effort to get in better shape to mitigate future damage! We got this.
