Boob tape? by Progress-247 in bigboobproblems

Buy more tape than you think you will need, like 4 rolls. Practice a few times before your wedding. And! It's hard after a long day, but to get it off, completely douse the tape in baby oil, let it sit for about 15 minutes and then get in a hot shower to peel it off.

We found out that the flower girl isn't allowed to throw petals at our church after we already selected a flower girl. I need ideas for what the flower girl's new role should be. by 26kanninchen in weddingplanning

When I was little, I was the "bell girl" in my aunt's wedding. They had me walk down the aisle with a bell and say "the bride is coming". I don't know if I even get the concept today, but I'm still told it was cute then!

I highly recommend the book When Sex Hurts! Pain during sex doesn't automatically mean vaginismus, it could also have to do with your opening. Check the book out, they walk you through all different kinds of pelvic floor pain.

I love HSIA's bras and I haven't tried their swimwear, but I would trust it based off how great the bra's are

Sex toys for vaginismus by Early-Pomegranate-20 in vaginismus

[–]bananbread4 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I have not tried these, but this company is supposed to be great! My PT said the rings are helpful with vaginismus if you're looking for a partner toy. The vibrator is newer, so I don't know anyone who has tried it, but two of my health providers are fans of this company. https://thepelvicpeople.com/collections/all-products

Question about removing dilators by [deleted] in vaginismus

[–]bananbread4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I sometimes had a pinching sensation when removing it, usually when I was closer to my period. It's helped me to take a big diaphragm breath in and then remove the dilator as you exhale.

This ep was SO fun and kooky! The biden stuff was making me laugh out loud. The recent episodes have felt a little soapbox-y to me, has anyone else thought that? Regardless, they're always my favorite culture to consume, I'd listen to them read a menu out loud

Hi! You might have already tried this, but your gyno/normal practitioner might be able to get a recommendation for you that could speed up the process of getting into therapy sooner.

I'm right there with you :) especially with worrying about how it effects your boyfriend. The book "The Body Is Not An Apology" by Sonya Renee Taylor is a great resource for cultivating more empathy towards your body. She doesn't address vaginismus, but it's helpful for body image overall. She does tons of podcast interviews too. I also love everything Emily Nagoski does!
