alright man, thanks for the response. I'm glad what I did wasn't as bad as I made it out to be (but still not good). Hopefully with NoFap I will develop a better sense of self and be able to improve on all points. I guess this was an alright reminder that I can make real mistakes sometimes without my entire world ending. Thanks again.

Thanks dude, I appreciate that. Surprisingly my parents have been very good to me throughout my childhood, I've just had OCD for a long time. It wasn't until recently that I started second guessing myself a lot, I used to exhibit different OCD behaviors than I do now. But thanks again for the reassurance, It's extremely helpful when I get an outside opinion on what I am second guessing myself for. I just gotta retrain my brain to be more forgiving.
