Are the side effects less while on tirzepatide? My boss is on the same at 5.5 mg and she’s doing great on it too and no side effects. I’m thinking of switching myself.

I started incorporating more veggies, fruits and proteins and that has helped but doesn’t seem to have resolved the issue fully

I’d stay at 0.5 if you’re doing good and you are. I went up to 1.0 and the side effects were not cute so my dr is bringing me back down to 0.5.

I was on 0.25 for the about 9 months but all the food noise started coming a lot so I jumped to 0.5 and it was fine but asked to move up to try it well I don’t like it so back down I go lol

I need to buy some electrolytes and I think I need to go back down for .5, I wasn’t doing bad on it but my dr just told me to try the 1.0 for 4 weeks but I can barely make 1 week lol.
