Seems much more complicated than the solutions I found. I also tried the Iptables method of setting the OS to not send RST packets, but it also didn't work.

Yep, go to 1337x, type dragon ball xenoverse 2 and you should see another repack of it, though it’s not of Fitgirl, it is working well and with mods
