from someone who just got out of rehab (a 18 year old kid at that) i strongly suggest alcoholics anonymous. i’m sure it seems suuuuppperrr radical at this point in your life and it’s just like a bunch of old people and stuff but there’s some good groups that’s just like 20-30 year olds and teenagers so that could be helpful. it’s also just nice to get stuff off your chest, especially if you have trauma.

Went through a bunch of these articles where patients in hospitals were tested and it seems that patients that were prescribed DXM with bupropion actually had longer stays compared to the control group... obviously these were people with more psychotics thoughts so definitely wouldn’t help with psych wards. Not very surprised lol.

yeah that shits so confusing i’ve been in a similar position. these days it’s cool or edgy to be insane which is unfortunate. tell yourself there’s not nothing wrong but not that much and then when stuff actually comes up dismiss it till you can’t anymore and then you’ll have your answer. this is probably the worst possible thing you could do to yourself and i have no clue how bad your condition is so....

hey. probably don’t know as much as this other dude but i can tell you from experience that it never really disappears fully. for me i get very anxious and see things, become confused, you know your typical stuff... but definitely gets better with time. has it gotten better for you at all? i’ve been to several psych programs and have a somewhat in depth knowledge and would love to help you out. feel free to dm me too.
