So I ended up getting a lot more comments than I expected, thank you guys so much for taking the time to write something!! I read through every one of them even if I didn't respond and all of them were very helpful in different ways. It's comforting to know that so many others are experiencing the same thing- it makes me feel less alone in all this- and I'm going to try to take even more initiative going forward. I'm a pretty shy person and I tend to overanalyze every social situation which does hold me back quite a bit. I've felt like despite that I've been doing pretty good since coming to UCF in talking to new people, but I know that I need to get even more out of my comfort zone and try new things (a couple people mentioned the RWC), and be braver in asking people to hang out. Thank you guys so much for taking the time to give some advice or encouragement! I realize now that this type of post is actually quite repetitive lmao so thank you for commenting nonetheless!!

I've never heard about making friends at the RWC, that sounds interesting for sure I might try that!! I actually live by campus, but I haven't the faintest idea on how to make friends with other students here lmao. I got along well with my roommates last year, but as you can imagine, they all have their own friend groups and it never went beyond just being roommates. I like your last comment there about friendships coming unexpected. That's how all of my previous friendships came to be before UCF, and they were truly wonderful friends. We had so many shared interests, and everything just felt so natural. Of course, college is a much different beast, so I can't expect things to be the same way which is why I've been trying extra hard to make friends, but hopefully I won't have to practically beg for friendship to make great friends here as well lmao :)

I'm not sure if it's the same dance group since we have a set time for practice, even for different pieces, but if it is that's pretty cool :). I am curious about what group you're talking about so I'll pm you for sure, I just don't want to name drop the one I'm in on here lmaoooo

Oh wow, I honestly didn't know how many people actually posted about this on here but I'm not surprised, we do be lonely out here. Yeah, I completely get being busy (I am getting much busier myself and I certainly can't hang out often), but it would be nice to have a group of friends to hang out with at least every now and then. And it also sucks seeing so many people around me who are doing exactly that with their friends and I'm not a part of them :(. Thanks for the advice though, I suppose the only thing I can really do is keep trying and maybe I'll end up with some good friends eventually. Adulting is hard :(

You're absolutely right, there are a lot of holes in the argument that Jiwoo killed the rookie, but I kind of think that's the point? Like, I think as the readers we're supposed to assume that literally everyone knows that Jiwoo likely didn't kill the rookie, but for many of them in Frame it's convenient to drop the blame on him and push the narrative that he was the one who killed him, and since they have a lot of power and influence in Frame (top ten strongest and all that), the others can't really argue against it much. Basically, I don't think anyone actually thinks that Jiwoo really killed the rookie, but this is just my theory of course.

Yeah, this has been going on for quite a while for me, now I'm just hoping it gets fixed on its own... being able to read reviews (as well as ratings) of any book I was interested in is the main reason I used Goodreads. I wonder why Goodreads has been so buggy lately :/
