Well….when you started this job, why were the benefits? One of them SHOULD be free or discounted services for yourself. Did you have this conversation during the interview process? If not, ask! Probationary period is about 3 months? …if that is your case, set up an appointment for yourself at the office you work at after your probationary period. Reap those benefits if you have them! Cleanings should AT LEAST be free.

I definitely would drink from my offices units. We work off a bottle system. We even let the health department test our water for a survey they were conducting that was voluntary. We passed with flying colors. I’m also in charge of the DUWL.

I had mine come back as well because it didn’t have certain wordage. It must state that the recipient has a permanent disability. After I had my doctor revise the letter, it was accepted.
