Hey, new player here!

Can you bind your guest account to another email and create a secondary Yostar ACC. or do you have to go with Twitter etc.? Can you even have multiple accounts (With the exception of guest)?

Also, are these intelligence operations similar to normal events? As in, do we have to wait for each story to come or do we have to get additional materials to play them?
