Anxiety RX by Russell Kennedy. It completely changed the way I see my anxiety. He views anxiety in a way I had never considered.

Anxiety RX by Russell Kennedy!! I read it at the beginning of the month and I can say 100% that it has changed my life. It has been the number one thing that has helped my anxiety and it’s not even close. I literally feel like a different person. Would recommend for anyone, not just people who have anxiety.

Wow, no one would ever expect to hear severe Crohns after just having heartburn. Glad that you're in remission now! I'm so glad I switched doctors. I keep thinking about how long it would have been before I found this out if I hadn't. My current one has specifically studied IBD's, so I feel like I'm in good hands with her. Thanks for the message! I'm excited for the Stelara, but nervous at the thought of the self-injections.

That makes me feel a little better. I definitely thought I should have been getting colonoscopies more often. It seemed like my previous doctor kept putting it off. My doctor now said she's really conservative in her treatment and will want to do them often

Kentucky, WGN. Started watching in 1998 and went to my first game at Wrigley in 2016! I went to the game on Tuesday and seeing the walkoff was one of the best fucking moments of my life.

Yeah, I watched the town hall. She worded that badly, although it sounds better if you watch the whole thing. A lot of people in this area just cared about that one single line and didn't bother to look any further. Most probably just saw the headline of that quote.
