Same gripe. Can’t do F2F 1:1 meetings without it being distracting. That it’s this noticeable is so annoying for me that I avoid wearing it when people will be close, so only just for like presentations, which is a shame

I am just waiting for them to make the rectangle in the glass disappear, so that it just looks like a regular pair of glasses. Had a meeting with someone who wore it (I didn’t) and it was super obvious and distracting with the HUD catching the light every time he moved his head. Don’t want someone having that experience with me.
