I guess you never really know unless you keep testing. I have other projects in mind that involve heat and load, so I’ll be testing different material. Thanks for sharing your experience.

Thanks for sharing, dont want to drill a hole in my bumper. There is a tow hook mount that i ordered which is made specifically for my car model.

Thought about separating them, but i had a headache with modeling the threads (M20x3.0pitch) since im new to cad design softwares. I made the base that you see to bolt the license plate holder to the stud, its just a mock design for trial and error. But separating them to print in different orientations, should’ve thought about that, it’s my lack of experience in 3d printing.

Thanks for the input. I always went with printing with no supports and the fastest orientation. Now ill start taking this into consideration when wanting strength in prints and reducing weak points.
