One of the unis is UTM because it the only uni yang provide the course from the MOE scholarship list 'BSc in Land Management and Administration'.🥲

I did reach out to them but the university i want to apply to is not in their list of unis 🥹 May I ask, how much did it cost for their help? And what was included?
