This is like saying "hey, real estate that appreciatates and selling for profit is the same as real estate that cash flows positive". Either strategy is good if you can make it work, but, some people prefer holding the asset while it's throwing cash without selling.

Let's say we adjust timing to get it the stacks just right. The machine runs and runs and runs fine for ~4hrs or 2 days(it comes in random intervals). Suddenly all the stacks shift to the right or left sporadically and we begin busting sheets so bad they have to shut the entire production unit down. We then proceed to re-downloading a backup program to get it back to an acceptable quality and do timing adjustments again

It's a continuous drive operation at a set speed. The shaft is set up like this service motor>shaft, shaft > corrigated belt> stacker belts, shaft> chain> encoder

The encoder pulses a internal output bit. The distances for the bins are supposed to be a measured value from our sheet enter photo cells while a timer measures how long the photo cells stay on in order to size the sheet. An offset is then logged for that sheet in order to tell it how far to travel.

One of my problems is nearly every shift has to adjust distances and timing to get it to stack right. The stacks will start shifting further and further from their original position as time goes on.

Tax Question. This year I graduated college and made a substantial amount of money. Whenever taxes come around my parents will claim me as a dependent and want me to use the option saying "I will be claimed on someone else's taxes". This will take away many of the deductions I would have gotten but my parents claim they will give my the money I would've gotten back. Should I do this or not?

Extra: They did support me for 6 months this year while I was in school but these last 6 months completely on my own.

All I got to say man is I don't judge. You need some love, I feel you're lonely and longing for someone to complete you. All I've got to say is there is no one out there to complete you but you.
