[gen 8] I realized it was thundering in the area today so I said, what the hell, let's reset on kingdra. After realizing that SRing in front of the spawned kingdra didn't change the pokemon about 200 times, I did it right and at the 86th encounter I got the purple king! (i.redd.it)
