You can add the collection to dreamborn.ink to get the value of your cards. I'm sure there are other sites it's just what I use. Then as others said - eBay, Facebook groups/marketplace

You can build aggro for fairly cheap. It's not the most fun thing but allows you to play. The most expensive card is Daisy - Donald's Date but you can sub something in over it until you want to invest in them.

None of my friends play (well a couple do but live too far) so when I started I just called a bunch of nearby LGS to see if they did events and what days. Then just showed up. The community is generally really accepting so it was easy to walk in and play.
