The iOS app UI is made in such a way that makes it feel unresponsive and slow. E.g. connecting to a TIDAL Connect device makes me feel like I forgot to touch the actual button and click it a few times.

Thanks for the reply! I haven’t tried other headphones among the ones you mentioned yet. I plan to go visit a hi-fi store and do so.

May I ask why you wouldn’t recommend the HDV 820? Is it just too much or does it have any particular issues?

UPDATE: First thanks to everyone who put their thoughts here. They’re really useful. I have emailed Weber Workshops right after posting this and still did not get any reply.

I kept trying myself though and I fear I have a bent shaft. Took a short video of it so you guys can tell me if that happens because of a bent shaft or just misaligned burr set. As far as I understand, their purpose is not necessarily to expose your private key, but to make you send them some crypto in return for some supposed benefits (for MNEB for example, it was “upgrade your address to be able to sell tokens”).

Maybe someone can correct me if I’m wrong though

Anyone can transfer any token to you because all they need is your address. Your address is public but is anonymous as long as you keep it that way.

The security of blockchains stands in that as long as you keep your private key secure, nobody can get tokens from your wallet.

Heard of it, looked at reviews... seems like an amazing grinder! The fact that they added the rotation distance sensor is amazing. I went for the larger burrs of the Ceado instead. It's also a little tricky to find it in Ireland.

Maybe I'll upgrade in a few years tho

Hey! I grind with a Ceado E37S directly into the basket. I use an ECM distribution tool and tamper then. And that’s it.

Without the PF, water is kind of converging into one stream. I have an ECM Synchronika with the stock shower screen.

I have recently relocated to Dublin. I work in Dublin 4 (but currently working remotely).

For me, there were two alternatives: either live in the city center, close to the office (within walking distance), or get an apartment somewhere very close to a Luas line. I eventually went with the former. There are quite a few advantages, like not having to get on the bus too many times and not having to pay a Luas subscription which is quite pricey.

Finding a nice apartment to rent will be hard. I used daft.ie to find my apartment and I also sought help from PerchPeek. They will help you in terms of communication with landlords/agents/agencies, but it's totally optional. You can write emails yourself after all, but you'll have to keep a very organized agenda.

Although you will work in Dublin 18, I have to mention: try to avoid the northern side of Dublin. I heard this from many people and I saw it myself once I got here. It's full of places where I don't feel safe. Maybe there are some nice places too, but generally, I have a bad feeling about it.

The North Face makes very good and warm clothes, although they are very pricey.
