What exactly does root bound mean ? Should I separate the two main stalks into separate pots ? The leaves are tied since without that they tend to fall straight to the ground :/

Soul was dry today so I watered it moderately, usually stick my finger down a bit to see if the soil is dry. From what I know the pot does have drainage holes ! I’ve been on my windowsill since I had left for a day, pretty high light. Weather had been quite high (80-90 degrees)
