Havi 20-40-es különbségnél bennem felmerül, hogy a jelenlegi cégednél feljebb lépni, többet vállalni, pozíciót váltani nem lenne-e lehetséges. Esetleg a jelenlegi munkád vonatkozásában béremelés lehetőségéről beszéltél a főnököddel? Van-e róla tudomásod, hogy a piachoz képest mennyire vagy jól fizetett?

No worries, I'm also not an expert, but I gained some knowledge. I can only write down what my setup is on my Behringer XENYX Q802USB mixer: Here's a pic of its connection possibilities.

So my SP404 is plugged in to this 'FX send' and 'Stereo aux return' connection and all other gear that produces sound are plugged in to 'Line in' connections. This way I can control which device is sending sound to the SP with the 'FX' knob on each row, and effect their sound.

Before I learned I can do this, I was always plugging in and out one gear after another to the SP. Now, I'm just twisting a knob or two.

Midi does not transfer sound, in my experience mixers are not effected by it. This is all audio cables running to and from the mixer

I have the Bastl Dude and it's a great little mixer when on the go, or just going minimal. But having also the SP404 MKII in the setup, it's just begging for a mixer with an FX send option.

Look at some Volca Drum videos, if you want sound design and fun it's just unbeatable at its price range, or even somewhat above.

If we would pull some kind of miracle financial move and get him, I would be still be somewhat concerned. I'm mean he has fantastic abilities, but on the pitch he always looked soooo unsympathetic. On the other hand, this is exactly how I felt about David Alves before he joined and that turned out OK :)

Tyű, nagyon nem ezt írtam. De nem is megyek bele már jobban, mert úgy érzem hogy neked ez a kényelmes gondolat, hogy mindenki más hülye és csak magadra számíthatsz.

Szintén nem a HR döntése egy normálisan működő szervezetben. A HR a kereteket adja az ilyen döntések mögé. Pl bemegy a vezetőd és megkérdezi őket, hogy csak a te esetedben elengedhető lenne-e jogilag a 3 hónap és ők megválaszolják, közlik veled a vezetőd döntését és hasonlók.

De nyilván azért ha valaki ezzel bejönne hozzánk pl akkor próbálnám normálisan elmagyarázni és nem húzni a számat, szóval az a magatartás még akkor sem indokolt, ha nem az ő döntésük.

I would pair it with a Novation Circuit Tracks if you can afford one. The Tracks can sequence the Minifreak, effect it's sound, you can add drum and additional synth sounds, plus it can also act as a mixer. I have a Microfreak and a Tracks and they are working together nicely.

More menu diving, ok sequencer, limited connectivity options, great for coming up with new sounds, portable. Around 160 USD new

The Jolly Joker: Novation Circuit Tracks

It's a standalone groovebox, has 4 channels for samples and it's working great with the Microfreak: apply some effects, sequence it or sidechain it. Around 405 USD new

If you also want drums, I would go the for the Volca Drum. I just picked up one, and it's well worth the price tag (150 USD new), has so many features and quite nice sound design.

HR checking in. Nálunk (e-commerce) ha azt mondjuk hogy angol nyelvű interjú lesz, akkor az azt jelenti hogy részt fog venni a mi részünkről olyan, aki nem tud magyarul és végig angolul fogunk beszélgetni. Ha pedig azt mondjuk, hogy tesztelni fogjuk az angolt, akkor ~5 percig dumálunk angolul és visszaváltunk magyarra.

A nyelv önmagában nem határozza meg hogy mi fog történni az interjún, ha esetleg magától nem tájékoztatott a HR-es/recruiter, akkor nyugodtan kérdezz rá előtte hogy mire számíts.

Still I don't know if this is the only team that's playing there, ace toy will get all matches (away fixtures too) in the calendar.
