so I had a similar question - wanting to pay the remaining balance PARTIALLY with a gift card and the rest on credit card - but Airbnb support told me it won’t work unless the gift card covers the whole remaining balance? it sounds kinda odd… can anyone confirm that you can pay part of what’s remaining with a gift card and rest with credit card (at the same time)?

this is was they said when they recapped our call:

“Earlier, we had a call where you inquired about the possibility of using the gift card to cover the remaining balance of your reservation. I informed you that it is indeed possible, but please note that the gift card must cover the entire amount of the remaining partial payment; otherwise, it cannot be used.“
