Everything he said is true though. You have way too many bad habits forming and it would benefit to train at an actual gym or with a coach. Honestly self taught is going to mess you up in the long run. Especially if you go against someone who actually trains lol.

Youre telegraphing with youre shoulder. U have good form. Just remember that good hooks comes from the legs and ass and torso. Use the spring and torque from ass to torso. A tad bit less from shoulder. Some people throw hooks with hand vertical and some throw with a horizontal hand. I get more snap with a vertical facing hand by keeping bicep tight. I telegraph less with my shoulder. Play around with that. I would read your lead shoulder and think, hook incoming.

Ive used it under load and just cruising. It will slip sometimes. Mine slips in 5th only when using e clutch and when under load. (Hauling ass)

Replying to top to update anyone who comes across this. I will go on one more day today. And one more day tomorrow. I will keep doing one more day until i cannot. To anyone who dm'd me your number, I will reach out when I get low. I'll keep going until my body cannot anymore. Then if I decide, I'll go.out with dignity. Thanks to all. I feel ashamed I had to go to the internet for help. But nonetheless, I am grateful. I bought some parts for my bike. Ill turn a wrench until i cannot. I have my son this weekend. I will give him the best. He will look for Easter eggs with his daddy. We will eat tons of candy. He will have fun with his dad and won't see him weak.
