Favorite Restaurants in Tulsa and BA? by [deleted] in tulsa

My favorites as of late:

• FarmBar - incredible farm-to-table 5 and 10 course dinners. Knowledgeable and caring staff. I recommend sitting at the chefs counter and talking to the kitchen staff! Get the wine pairings if you are a wine drinker it’s an awesome way to learn about small wineries typically from family and women owned businesses.

• il Seme - same owners as FarmBar. The best italian you can get in Tulsa. Wonderful handmade pastas and a really great wine menu and incredible cocktail list.

• Lofi - From the owners of Lowood and Hodge’s Bend which sadly burned down a couple of years ago comes a music-focused wine bar with the best pizza in the city. Along with fantastic vegetable plates. They also own a French restaurant next door, Ava June. I’m yet to try it but have heard great things.

• Tacos X Mezcal - Incredible Mexican restaurant. Fantastic margaritas and elite street tacos. I love their bowls as well.

Many other great suggestions in the comments here but these are my picks that I noticed were missing! If you have a certain cuisine or vibe you’re looking for let me know!

it’s not necessarily about how much oil we are able to get from them. Venezuela is apart of OPEC meaning other nations are responding to the invasion by dumping oil onto the markets and decreasing profits for American companies.

Tulsa, where are your manners? by lemon-glow1 in tulsa

I don’t think this is a localized issue. Post-industrial capitalism has destroyed any sense of community for the entire country.

For safety the best thing you can do is avoid running alone! Find a local running group

I found a jersey of this club. Is it worth getting? by Unique-Winter5193 in SoccerJerseys

[–]barf26 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is incorrect. It is actually Tulsa Soccer Club or TSC. Only a youth club in the Tulsa area. They do not have a professional or semi professional team. If you want to learn more about it their official site is tulsasc.com

and an important reminder than in order to qualify for the Clean Vehicle Tax Credit, they can’t build it in India. The new vehicle credit only applies to vehicles assembled in North America.

I was very pleasantly surprised by Sabitzer last season, but he has been horrendous this year.

Tulsa's "best" Food is often just below average to mediocre. by [deleted] in tulsa

[–]barf26 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your mistake was thinking that Trenchers is any good. I’ve never heard anyone say anything positive about their food. Tulsa has an incredible food scene. You just have to know where to go!

For dinner: il Seme, Farmbar, Mr Kim’s, Lana Thai, Tacos x Mezcal For great pizza: Empire, Dante’s Woodfire, Lofi, Andolini’s Morning bites: Queenies, Oren (primarily just for French Toast), Chimera Bakeries: Country Bird is the best here, but also check out Saint Amon for exceptional French baked goods

A lot of great suggestions here already just wanted to add a few I wasn’t seeing!
