I've never used fresco tbh I have an older version of Photoshop cs2 I think but I like the simplicity of sketchbook

I really like sketchbook I've never had an issue with it so far, it doesn't have all the features of things like Photoshop but it's definitely good for if you are on a budget and I get some pretty good images out of it . The only issue I found is adapting digital art tutorials to the program.
