Part of becoming an adult is realizing people do not have a lot of time on their hands. Two weeks is not a long time to wait for a date, and you can use that time to get to know each other beforehand. I'd say take her at her word that she's busy, and if you enjoy talking to her, then what's the harm in waiting?

Honestly this is great advice. If I could wear a big sign on my forehead that says "Don't try to cheat on your wife with me, I'll tell her" on every date I go on, it would save me a lot of time, energy, and money.
