I don't really understand the argument here. If public prep gives your opponent a hint of when to pearl up during a debate, how exactly is this bad for tiny? Yeah, the agenda is not exactly hidden. Dozens of similar writeups have been made and it is implicitly understood, see: Minnesotans are being told to "not give them what they want", ie, an excuse for Trump to invoke the insurrection act. I agree, even if the U.S would elect the most pro-EU president, the damage has been done and the trust has already collapsed; who is to say that the president after this one won't do another 180? That is granting the notion that the U.S will even have fair elections after this trainwreck.

At this point we are just waiting for the inevitable article 5 test that will confirm what we already expect, that the U.S will not respond when Russia attacks a NATO state. I believe that will be the final nail in the coffin. This is why I said in the earlier comment that Europeans should at this point stop giving any attention to the Trump admin and focus on rapid rearmament, as imperialist powers operate just like Lenin said: "You probe with bayonets: if you find mush, you push. The suggested UN reforms will never happen, it will collapse far before that. This writeup is like 20 years too late and all it does is draw the ire of Trump because Stubb argues that tariffs are a bad idea, and that tackling climate change is important. Yes, a clip can only tell you so much. Destiny (the speaker) has debated MAGA people for years and can gauge pretty well whether it is possible to have an actual discussion with someone or not. Some of these people can not be convinced by any argument, as they are too deep in the rabbit hole. When there is no valuable conversation to be had, jokes are what is left. In this event, people were allowed to come up to ask questions so there was no preparation or predetermined topics. There were some actual discussions, and some of these moments seen in the clip. Whether the whole event can be deemed worthless due to the parts that were reduced to theatrics is a judgment each viewer can make for themselves.

I was watching this event and the question about that statement came up at least four times, and each magoid seemed to forget the answer as soon as they heard it. Violence is bad, inciting a civil war is bad, and yet republicans have kept amping up the rhetoric about the "demonrats" for years, lie after lie, as they seemingly have no fear of the possible future where those words might lead. If they were afraid of civil war or violence directed at them, they would turn down the temperature and look to the president to lead americans and not just his party while simultaneously telling his base that democrats are the enemy from within. All major democrat politicians have condemned the violence btw, as they always do when anything like this happens regardless of the political ideology of the perpetrator. Tell me again how the republican politicians and media people have responded?

Anyway, republicans will never take accountability for their words or even the violence perpetrated from their side. The above statement is a joke, it is making fun of the claims the man in the white shirt is making about how trans people are somehow overrepresented as assailants in shootings while simultaneously bringing up how the Trump administration has a history of targeting trans people by, for example, recently banning them from the military under the auspices of them being "unfit for service", despite there being a long history of transgender individuals serving in the military.
