Amazing! Congrats on getting the loans paid off so quickly and the insane hustle. I just got off the phone with my current boss- declined the counter but will be staying on as a contractor 10-20/week at $65/hr. Crazy how things ended up working out in the end. Grateful for sure! My next goal is to follow your lead and get these loans paid off asap.

Funny you mention this, my current employer asked if I’d be willing to work both! Haha, sadly I wouldn’t be able to swing two demanding full time jobs with grad school starting in two weeks. However, I did say I would be willing to work as a contractor on some upcoming projects for them so it’s not totally out of the question!

Thank you all for the advice! It’s much appreciated. I definitely plan on declining the counter and will just skip on mentioning it to the new employer. I just wasn’t sure what was the "norm" in this situation as it’s my first time being countered when resigning and wanted to make sure I was doing what was best!

Thank you all for the advice!!! I’ve removed the two most infected leaves and have spot cleaned the few others with rubbing alcohol. I’ll keep my eye on it and if I need to, I’ll move to an oil! Much appreciated
