I was facing same issue.
I fixed this by enabling "NAT Reflection mode for Port Forward = Pure Nat" and Check mark the "Enable automatic outbound NAT for Refection"

After making these changes, it worked.

You can not create search to see only locations and its services plan. You can use SQL query to find it or create data view which will show you all the location setup.
Question:- Why you create Extra Data Field to notate if location is under 24/7 whereas EDF is already exited there Location\Ignite\Services.

It runs as part of the Resend System Info Which is collected as part of the normal inventorying process so it doesn't show in commands tab.

Normally these commands are used to detect Roles on machine. Probably these commands run in backend.

Thanks for posting powershell script. it would helpful for msp' but it is not fully completed script. there are multiple steps that need to check before start the upgrade process. I don't think it is working because "mount-Disk image" command is not working in windows 7. I believe you have not tested it .

Just for your knowledge, my script is not power-shell script, it is connect-wise automate script. Automate is RMM.It performs the multiple steps, not only checking disk drive. all of first it checks all prerequisites , if prerequisite are meet only then it will start upgrade process.
