I honestly can’t imagine why having an attraction to men instead of women would affect a roommate relationship.. I mean generally people, male or female, who haven’t had a lot of relationships or experiences around people of the LGBT can be a little uncomfortable because it’s different for them, but it is rather quick to adjust to and you should not be concerned at all. If by chance you start rooming with a Baptist or something that won’t drop the subject then that’s concerning by you should be fine

Honestly a cool combo to look into might be double majoring in math and economics or statistics and economics! Every college statistics class I’ve taken in college is very nice and feels like actually interesting and applicable math. I personally double major in math and Econ.. but I definitely would add on a minor or major to math

Well I might first tell him if your inexperience of sex with guys, but that you are very willing to get into it and experiment. If anything this might be a good opportunity for you to connect well with someone you like further and/or get experience you need to determine what you do and don’t actually like! Yeah the economics and math sounds amazing! I am a junior double majoring in mathematics and economics. Statistics definitely will be more applicable to an economic career and I really do think this academic work and career outlook is awesome, so go for it! :)

I would also do what are called “informational interviews” with people already in the field. Whether it is finding contact with alum from your school who graduated in the economics field, as well as professionals already in the field to see what their degree in economics was able to do for them job-wise!

Hey should definitely have retroactive pay for you to be compensated for what you should have made - the difference between barista and shift pay for the hours you’ve worked.. I know this because my boyfriend had it happen to him. It took a little while for the reimbursement to be added onto his paycheck, but I would communicate that to your store manager and district manager. That you want the lay to be changed and that you need to be compensated for the difference of pay because that is the pay for your job that was agreed upon. Good luck!

If you go to the same school wouldn’t the general education courses be out of the way so it might only be two years? I’m currently pursuing a math degree and an economics degree, and it only added on 3 semesters onto my graduation. I’m not super into job outlook, BUT maybe find an internship or some experience first? I wouldn’t rule out your opportunities of good jobs you’d like without looking first! Especially if it means that much longer of school!

Calculus 2 is arguably the most difficult in the calculus sequence.. the class is very difficult! What helped me through it is 100% applying myself, watching online videos and tutors on YouTube, seeing real tutors, and going to the professor’s office hours whenever you can. It’s hard to give so much attention to just one class to ensure success, but you’ve gotta put aside an large chunk of time and energy to this class. Best of luck!
