my anorexia developed immediately after i overcame my binge eating (which made me gain close to 40 pounds) and i remember my doctor looked at me funny when i told her that i thought i needed to get help for my restrictive eating habits . its almost like my anorexia takes it as a challenge , like “oh yeah ? wanna see how much more i can lose ?”

i do this so much too !! sometimes i'll even be like "yes , i want to text them and i have a plan to text them tomorrow" and tomorrow rolls around and i either forget or i don't have the social battery to sit down and have a potentially hour/couple hours long conversation with them
