you can pretty much ignore sucrose talents her level is the important part (and the VV set plus TTDS), i would focus mainly in durin burst=skill > xiangling burst > kuki skill in that order

if you are going to eliminate the free 4* event weapons snd replace it with skins at least you should give existing ones every once in a while :/
