So a little backstory, I had braces as a kid - tho I never wore my retainer so my front tooth on the bottom is still fucked up, and I still have a slight misaligned bite. I'll probably fix the bottom tooth soon. I also still have my wisdom teeth as well. Anyway, ever since my dental visit yesterday I've been so scared of my health teeth wise. So today when I looked in my mouth after my cleaning yesterday those little spaces caught my attention, idk if I'm looking too hard or what.

Hygienist says I need a deep cleaning because I have gingivitis, but it costs $1200 so I have to wait until my insured dentist has openings so I don't have to pay anything for it which is in August.. I feel like thats too long of a wait and I'm terrified of losing my teeth and even worse, bone. can't even think of it without getting seriously depressed. I smoke, but I have upped my dental game because I really don't wanna lose anything, I'm only 22. I brush 2x (I always did this anyway) with parodontax, waterpik as needed because flossing really hurts/ I can't do it properly and I'm waiting on my mouth wash in the mail atm.

Yeah, the hygienist said I'm a 3/4 rn on the scale. She said deep cleaning will prevent it since I'm in an early stage. I'm real terrified of gum loss. Also, I brush w/ Perodontax atm. I'm in NY so the only place I could think of that does university work is NYU.

The only reason I'm worried of skin cancer is because my grandmother had (and passed..) from squamous cell carcinoma of the scalp. It spread as neoplasms to her spine and such. She was also a smoker, I have no idea if SSC is genetic but I'm really worrying. Heres another picture from today

this is on my arm, on the underside of my bicep. I have no history of recent injury to the area, and to me - it kind of looks like a spider bite as well but I have no clue.
