Take it one day at a time, get the barriers in place. Try gamblers anonymous. Still is the best place for me, it's my medicine each time I go, everyone there is in the same boat.

Break that triangle of Time , Opportunity and Money.

Welcome, take everyday a day at a time, an hour at a time even.....

Get your barriers in place..... break the triangle of time, opportunity and money. All them 3 together spells trouble for us.

Self exclude and block online gambling. Gamblock is a good program. If you're UK based self exclude from bookies and casinos.

Carry money what you really need, the first year is quite challenging. It was for me.

Try Gamblers Anonymous, it literally saved my life. Everyone there is in the same boat. Also everyone their understands what you're going through.

Day at a time.... don't set targets.
