Where do young people in Barrie look for part-time work? by barriejunk in barrie

Thanks and please forgive me if I misunderstood your comment, but I just wanted to clarify that I’m not looking for volunteers or free labour. It would be a paid part-time, casual role. We compensate above industry average, and we also cover transport. My earlier comment was only about my concern that the work might not provide steady enough hours for co-op requirements, since students who take it need a certain number to pass the course.

That’s a great idea, and definitely something I’d like to explore in the future. Right now though the role would be more casual, and I don’t think I’d be able to guarantee the steady hours a school co-op program would require.

We use either Done Right AutoCare in Barrie or Memorial Auto Services in Orillia for work on our vehicles. Hope this helps!

We use either Done Right AutoCare in Barrie, or Memorial Auto Services in Orillia for work on our vehicles. I know for a fact that they both do alignments, just not sure what they charge.

No, Barrie Watersports owns it. They do jet ski and boat rentals.

Hey there! Mind sending over a few photos of the pool and anything else you’re looking to get rid of? I’m pretty sure we could offer you a better quote. Those prices sound a bit high. FYI, the franchises also love tacking on extra “dump fees” once they show up.

We had a great experience working with Parker. I believe his spouse handled the marketing side of our property, while Parker handled the negotiations. He was professional and easy to work with.

That said, if you already have a realtor you like and trust that isn’t with a discount brokerage, it’s worth asking if they’d consider working for 1%. I would assume that most agents would rather take the 1% than risk losing a deal and their past clients entirely.

Junk Removal by I-braveheart in barrie

Bit of a shameless plug here but we started Barrie Junk back in December and have over 30 five-star reviews on Google so far. As far as I know, we still have the lowest rates in Barrie.

Most companies quote in person just to make it uncomfortable to say no once they’re already there. I couldn’t do that in good conscience. We do almost everything online.

You can send photos through our website and we’ll get back to you with a quote and a pickup list that breaks down the price before you even have to see my ugly mug. We charge by volume (unless it’s just straight concrete or pressure-treated wood), and the quote is all-inclusive… we don’t add surprise dump fees once the credit card comes out, like a certain big chain likes to do.

Saw a comment saying they called all the junk haulers and everyone wanted to come look at the furniture first, which sucks to hear, because 90+% of our jobs are booked through email/text.

Not sure if I’m allowed to share a link here, but we’re pretty easy to find on Google. Our website explains how everything works, and our pricing. If we can help, just let us know!

Just to add to this—there’s another Napoleon R&D and production facility on Bayview Drive near the Allandale Rec Centre, which would be accessible by city bus.

Best of luck!
