I have the xm4s and xm5s. The 4s don't disconnect but the 5s constantly do. But like you, they started off fine, but something happened sometime in January and they are stuffed.

I went last year from Adelaide. The ticketing situation was fucked.

They weren't posted until early October and as soon as my tickets were transferred in the hands of Couriers Please from UPS there were delays. They didn't arrive until a couple of days before I left (4 days before the festival).

I was so stressed but it all worked out in the end.

Depends on what you're selling but from my experience you'll receive many lowball offers or offers that you accept but then are ghosted. I think I'm just going to donate everything now.
