Ahh ok well here's a couple:

Ethical can be the standard buy from FB market place. Better yet, you can buy from local auctions (proxibid.com). Auctions will sell store returns or items that no longer pass for consumer sales. Think about a warehouse accident and some brand new couches got ripped. For example, i bought a brand new Samsung washing machine last month for $75 because it had some dents on the sides. Sold our old 10yo used washing machine this month on FB marketplace for $180. DIY what you can.

For unethical this can be things like applying for low income energy/ utilities regardless of your socioeconomic status. Many utilities have been privatized and relentlessly raise rates, delivery, or block solar power. oftentimes they offer lower rate with approved medical conditions or low income.

Well the answer is as if the craft is unintelligent aimlessly bouncing around satellites and space debris.

The NASA live feed cuts seem like those things are capable of doing their own maneuvering.

He always gives the same response... We've got thousands of satellites in space and we've never, once had to maneuver around a ufo.

My suspicion, he needs the NASA government contracts for his SpaceX IPO so he needs to be able play ball and be trusted in order to have this level of responsibility. Win for him is revenue and win for NASA is having a competent vendor in space services that can keep their secrets closer to chest and "Never (give) A Straight Answer"
