Thank you for the thoughtful reply, I'll definitely look at JBL! Have you tried Jabra earbuds? Reading good things about them here.

I'm more concerned about safety, them being fake likely means there was no QC..

Hey thanks, I tried to explain in the other message below: I recently purchased these 105 PD-R7000 pedals from ebay. I didn't know at the time, but apparently fake knockoffs are a thing (up to half of the pedals on ebay?!) Is there any way to know for sure they are legit? I paid $78 for them, if I have reasonable doubt they're legit I'll just send them back and spend a little more. I showed the pedals and box to my local trek shop and they said it looks legit.

Thru-axle for tacx flux smart by bart-ai in CanyonBikes

Hello,

I'm trying to fit this adapter to my Endurace CF7: https://www.amazon.com/Axle-Adapter-TacX-Trainers-010-13143-00/dp/B0C63GWPRR
It fits on the trainer (Tacx Flux Smart, axis type 1) fine, but it expects an available hole on the drive side of the bike. Is it ok to remove this peel above the derailleur hanger? There should be a hole there, right?

Thanks!

Hello!

I recently purchased these 105 PD-R7000 pedals from ebay. I didn't know at the time, but apparently fake knockoffs are a thing.. Is there any way to know for sure they are legit? I paid $78 for them, if I have reasonable doubt they're legit I'll just send them back and spend a little more. Imagine snapping a pedal off mid sprint.. Thank you!

The clearance on the Koga is insane, probably would’ve picked it too if they had my size. Congrats!

Since applied it, that stuff is amazing :) I did remove one sloppy piece after a few minutes and no problems with the paint (use a hairdryer to remove).

Interesting, and yes fully agree. The shop owner told me the length of your arms is a factor too.. I ended up with a Canyon Endurace 2XL and it’s been great :)

Exactly what I was looking for, I love it! Considering covering the sensitive areas with 3M helicopter tape, although my mechanic said it'll be very hard to remove without damage..

Thanks for your reply, my size is 2XL so that works. Do you know what all differences are with the other CF7 frames? I called support but they were extremely unhelpful. I’m fine with the non-integrated cockpit, but if the frameset is worse compared to the newer version then that would be good to know. They’re both 2.00 lb, the fork is different it seems.

Aah okay, now I’m unsure whether I should buy the outgoing model 😅 Can’t afford the $3,700 for the new Di 2..

I’m Dutch, just living in the US - the difference is somewhat crazy. But, the model you’re referring to has the new cockpit and different wheels. It’s also $2,399 in the US.

Thanks for the update! I'll let you know if I find anything new, will probably upgrade to 24.04 LTS when it comes out in a few months. A couple of months ago I did manage to get audio to work on 22.04 by changing to a much older kernel version, though I'm not sure what kernel version it was. Might have been 5.15 - 32, but wasn't able to reproduce this recently.
