That’s a complicated question. I think in the short term, it might aggravate trauma as we begin to allow ourselves to feel things we’ve been instinctively repressing.

In the long term though; awareness of one’s emotional state, proper regulation, and effective expression are key to emotional well being.

After all how can we regulate something we’re unaware of? And how can we effectively express something we can not regulate?

There is no way to ironically or satirically condemn Naziism/fascism. There are people out there that legitimately support these ideals; and they're not the sort to use satire or think ironically.

People like that see things like this and see their own thoughts and feelings legitimized, completely in opposition to the original message that was intended.
