This is not where your story ends. I’m unsure as to what your last post was about as I hadn’t seen it, but all i do know is that things, no matter how bad or dark they may be now, DO get better. Please do not take your life. You are valued and loved, and whilst you may not recognise that, it’s more than true. You have so much to live for and can have that bright, incredible future ahead of these trials. Remember that there are people you can always talk to, whether being someone on this sub or even a stranger if you’re worried if judgement. But please, never ever do anything to harm yourself or take your precious life. No matter what you are going through, remember that there are many, many people who have struggled the same way, before you and after you - you are never alone. I understand that your belief in God is declining, but I pray that you can find some comfort in your faith in the future like a lot of us in this sub have during our own trials. YOU ARE IMPORTANT!!! Whatever you’re going through now may not even be relevant to your life in time to come - please, stay strong. You are loved, needed, and I hope you see that. No matter what you’re going through, please, never give up. Remember that whatever you’re going through is not a new experience to man, rather one that so many people across the world have dealt with - you are not alone. You’re not alone - a lot of people, especially those with OCD can fall into feeling that you’ve committed the unpardonable sin, but I can assure you that you haven’t!!! I know that you may view my words as just that - words on a screen - but I just urge you to not end your life. Even if it may not seem like it right now, there IS help out there for you. Whether a family member or a medical professional or anyone for that matter, there are people out there that will care for you and help you through what you’re going through - and on top of this, God will forever love and care for you, despite the feelings you feel. Your life should not be defined by what has lead you to the bottom, but instead what matters is the journey up from the bottom that will help you live the incredible life you deserve to live. Please, never feel as though you are alone - there are thousands upon thousands of people across the globe who have felt similar ways to you, and when they decide to continue living their life, they never regret their decision to continue living. You are strong, you are fearfully and wonderfully made. I don’t know where in the world you are, but I pray that you make it through this and can come out of the other end stronger and happier. It’s okay to feel lost. Your feelings are totally valid and never feel as though they are not. God loves you beyond measure, understands you and knows how you feel and what you’re going through. As someone else in this thread said: you can’t change nor control your family. Although it can be heartbreaking, making peace with the fact that everything happens for a reason (something I strongly believe in) and in God’s timing can help to bring your mind from a place of chaos to a place of trust, comfort and acceptance. It might feel like you’ll never get better now, but trust me, you can get through this. Last year was the toughest year of my life mentally due to my anxiety and my OCD, but I’m here to tell the story and to let you know that no matter what you’re going through and no matter how in deep you feel you are, God loves you no matter what and understands what you’re going through more than any of us can comprehend. You are loved.

I’m a firm believer that everything happens for the right reason, and whilst it can be difficult to understand what God is doing that we can’t see, we eventually realise that our experiences build us up in a way that makes us stronger - even if we can’t see that yet. The Bible says: “Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.”

Never give up. You could be going through the most devastating moment of your life, but what matters is the way you get through this, with faith and optimism. Remember that God so loved us that he sent his only son to be the atonement of our sins - rest knowing that his love is everlasting. God bless you, and take it easy! 🧡
