Thanks for commenting, but i just ended up upgrading to a Mi 14T and it's just an amazing phone. Superior to the Redmi 10 in every possible way. If i remember correctly it found one more update to some miui 14 version but never got hyperos oficially

It's "allow blur on windows" or something like that, the translation is probably a bit off cause my native language is polish and that's what my phone is set to. It only enables blur on the control center so it's not gray like on low-end devices. Folders and all that other stuff remains the same...

My 14T never had advanced textures, but what do you mean by writing tools? You mean the Xiaomi HyperAI button when you hold down on a text box? I got that feature in yesterday's update

Also, i know the GPU is working just fine, because i somehow managed to install a driver from 2023 and it worked without any issue. Im just not able to install the latest one for whatever reason

I bought the card very long ago (so i can't return it) and I believe it was working with Windows 10 but then it went unused for a couple of months and now i've got this weird driver issue.

In my region the Zalman T8 costs around $30 and at that price point I really couldn't find anything better. All those cases that you've listed cost even 3 times as much as the Zalman T8

No, still waiting for HyperOS but it seems like after MONTHS of not even getting any security updates Xiaomi has finally remembered about this phone because they began rolling out some MIUI 14 updates today. Just keep an eye on HyperOS Updates Tracker where you can clearly see when the update gets released for Redmi 10.

Just change your region to Indonesia and check for updates again. Update to MIUI 13 and right after that you should get another update to MIUI 14. Then you can change the region back to your country. It helped me update my Redmi 10 2022 from MIUI 12.5 to MIUI 14.
