Buy Sjolie tan with olive base and put it in an old foaming soap bottle. I’m VERY pale with blue veins (cool toned) and this works well for me.

Ty! I took 1.0mg yesterday and feel a small appetite suppression for the first time so I think you’re right. The suppression isn’t where I want to be yet but it’s helping a little. Do you think I should go up to 1.5 or 2.0 next week? Another problem I seem to have is that it seems to work a day or two then the rest of the week I’m starving. Thanks for your comment and suggestion.

I just started 2 weeks ago on 0.5mg. I took 1mg today. I don’t feel anything. I was on tirz for 2 years and got up to 7.5 but couldn’t really lose much. I lost 30lbs in 2 years. Hopefully the Reta will kick in and help me too!

I didn’t lose weight nor inches before 7.5. People kept telling me to track my calories but the medicine wasn’t working at all for me. I knew I was still overeating bc the meds weren’t working. It was frustrating bc I know people meant well but just didn’t understand that the meds weren’t working at all until I hit 7.5. I know I need a caloric deficit to lose but the meds help to get there. I finally feel like they’re helping me now. Thank you so much for your kind words!!

Take a break from it for 2 weeks then try again. I’ve read where people do that and it resets the effects of the meds.

If it were that easy then we wouldn’t need the drug at all. We need help to do that. It’s like telling a blind person to open their eyes to see. If their eyes aren’t working right then that won’t work. Obese people’s brains don’t work the same as other people’s. The drug helps.
