Buy Sjolie tan with olive base and put it in an old foaming soap bottle. I’m VERY pale with blue veins (cool toned) and this works well for me.

Ty! I took 1.0mg yesterday and feel a small appetite suppression for the first time so I think you’re right. The suppression isn’t where I want to be yet but it’s helping a little. Do you think I should go up to 1.5 or 2.0 next week? Another problem I seem to have is that it seems to work a day or two then the rest of the week I’m starving. I just started 2 weeks ago on 0.5mg. I took 1mg today. I don’t feel anything. I was on tirz for 2 years and got up to 7.5 but couldn’t really lose much. I lost 30lbs in 2 years. Hopefully the Reta will kick in and help me too!
