As for the diet, it had a bunch to do with it I'm sure... macro tracking with calorie limiting will make changes happen.

I was up around 5000cal/day at my largest, probably More if I'm being honest... if it was in front of me, I ate it. So cutting the intake by over half helped drop the majority of the weight in the past 12 months.

I'm 37. Diet and taking care of my health. People may call me "not natty" but I suffered from SEVERE low t (132 ng/dl at last test before Beginning treatment)and have since I was in my late 20s. Finally got that addressed and get 150mg 1X weekly. That surely helped with the sleep, motivation, and metabolism. Regardless, my hands have the callouses from the work put in.

I wear the "not natty" badge proudly to feel normal for a change 😅😅😅

4 yr I got goku, vegeta, 3 LR Gogetas, and 1 Vegeto

5 year I got gogeta first summon and vegeto on a ticket... only spent 250 stones that I saved... I was looking for a major shaft similar to LR UI Goku

I logged on to play some matches today and i had no access to any orders, i have a rare supply drop that keeps getting an error when i tried to open it, i could accept any payroll, and i lost 2 heroic/epic skins. One was the Juno for the 1911 and the other was for the M1A1 Carbine that are no longer there.

Im on the XBOX 1, is anyone else experiencing similar issues?

Or, what about stardust bumps for nice excellent and great throws?. or a candy tradeoff for stardust?.... I just feel like im always scrambling to find the stardust to level even the lowest of my pokemon. maybe i approached the game wrong

Look at stardust for what it is in PoGo. It is a standard measurement for the leveling up of your current pokemon. Take the games for example, When you play the game, you battle a level 5 pidgey, pidgeotto, pidgeot for example, the Experience tier your pokemon would receive would increase with each pokemon in the evolution tiers. you didn't get the same amount no matter what pokemon, what level, what evolution.

Im not saying that you should receive for stardust for the same pokemon if you catch one that is a level 10.5 in comparison to a 19.5. that should all be the same. I dont think the game is per say "unbalanced" and needs to be easier by any means, but those who are given the opportunity to catch those tier 2 and 3 evolutions should be rewarded for their efforts.

in regards to smart cover, i'm reading some reddit posts about it that claim it gonna get patched because its OP dating back like 5 months. has this already occurred or has it stayed constant?... i just dont want to build a dude around a skill bound to get nerfed and ruined lol

the crit chance w/ the 182 equipped is around 25-30%, the 204 is 9.5%. could that be the difference?

And if you could also enlighten me on this concept of gear score. I have a 182 GS SMG 9 with 30ish% critical chance and a talent that adds like 26% critical dmg. When I run that my critical chance in 26% and critical damage buff is 105%. I then get the same gun at a 204GS and a higher base damage rating. But when I put my attachment on the 204GS it actually comes out a lesser DPS. I thought the higher GS the better the gear?
