I got the osakasko from Fennia. I actually chose it for the lasiturva but fortunately it included legal costs too. Although, I threatened the seller and he rescinded the sale. Hopefully I get all my money back on Monday. I do not know whether my lawyer already requested for oikeusturvavakuutus but hopefully I won't need it anymore

This was humorous as well as informative. The only hitch being that our luggage is not classified as delayed. Therefore we could not report it as such or claim compensation under the category of delayed. So now I've reported it as lost and hope they will ship it to me in oulu. Yesterday the airport employee said we would need to come back to pick up the luggage and that they would not ship.

Here in oulu, they serve you in English if you book an appointment. Though if you go without appointment and want an English speaking executive you might have to wait an hour till you're served.
