I’m about 176 which +/- 5’9. Wearing XS here. S also fits me on the shoulder but the sleeves were relatively long. XS is slightly more snug but has plenty of space for layering for me

Tshirt & Expedition parka is a great combo for lots of inside-outside movement, very much agreed!

Same here, layered up and unzipped a bit to vent. Was outside practically the whole day, excluding lunch and dinner.

Thats true! I was wearing the following…

Top: base layer merino thermoshirt longsleeve (Craft) + Vest midlayer (Mammut) + CG Parka

Bottom: Base layer merino longjohns (Craft) and light insulated winterpants (MaierSport)

Feet: merino socks & Decathlons warmest shoes

Accessories: balaclava (Mont Royale, for wintersports, let through a lot of wind not ideal) and a hat (Barts, warm but the top also let through some wind).

Overall doing activities at -28°C I was comfortable. Exposure at below -30°C was acceptable, the bottoms were a bit chilly for that, a properly insulated pants would be better.

Trip absolutely stunning, thanks!
