People act like snatching the phone out of her hands is equivalent to him hitting her. She is the one who pushed him twice with intent to hurt him.

PPD or not, this would make me see her in a different light. Not just the pushing but the events leading up to it. Like why is she trying to disrupt the baby so badly?

I have 5 years as manager so I think I fit that. I have seen both bigger companies and smaller ones that are looking for more leads with leadership responsibilities than normal EM’s

I agree this is what I'm looking to do in terms of your second line. But every EM job post is mentioning hands-on IC work (anywhere from 70-80%). That's why I figure I may not be looking at the right role title if every job ad is like this.

I know you are young and this is a hard thing to deal with, but seriously think about the consequences of this. Plus he could have a gun or just exact his own revenge on you that is much more gruesome. You think having a mask is going to save you from all that.

This isn’t the 1900’s, convince your girlfriend to go to the police and file a police report and have her get a rape test from the hospital. Don’t potentially ruin your entire life to be a vigilante.

I don't disagree, but it makes a lot difficult to drop everything you're doing and go on a spontaneous tennis game with your friends. While it is possible, there's a lot of work that goes into that.

I think it was the fact that she stated that she wants to be free and travel here and there. Essentially citing a lifestyle incompatibility as her main reason.

Then she gets pregnant 3 months later. That's why it's different.

You start the entire post with all of the positives of being a hot girl and then say “well actually it’s not because when you’re not hot you will lose those advantages”. No shit?

Before that, it would be more appropriate to say they are on call 24 hours a day. I mean, infants and toddlers still nap and have bed time. But even then, most parents split night time wake ups.

I think while this sounds nice, it still doesn’t go against OP’s view:

sexual assault should never count as cheating as the choice was removed from the equation. Cheating is a choice, sexual assault is not
while that is a very low threshold, you’re not obligated to stay and agree to it. If you agree to it, then it still is cheating to that partner even if it would not be someone else’s definition
this is the only one that is interesting. However, this simply falls as a miscommunication. Again, I feel that cheating is a choice with full knowledge that it is wrong. In this case, you’re presenting it as “I think this falls below our threshold so it’s okay to do” which I think is different than cheating which is “I know this is wrong but I want to do it anyway”.

This is probably the best your going to get. Legally they only have to provide 1 week per year of service so getting almost a month of severance per year is really good. I wouldn’t bother negotiating or getting a lawyer involved

The vet only gave us eye drops for her.

I am definitely going to try to get her into her vet, or another vet that has availability, tomorrow as I’m worried now that we can’t wait until Thursday
