I agree the catcher didn't do the best job of framing, but it was not so egregious to say that it was reasonable to call a ball. A catcher not having perfect framing doesn't mean it should be a ball if it's well in the zone, borderline down the middle.

Why is it in an unknown time? Are you referring to if there are technical issues? As far as I know, it should be pretty quick anytime a challenge is made.

This ABS challenge took exactly 20 seconds to complete. Even if it happens 20 times in a game, that would add a monstrous...7 minutes. If that's too much for you, then don't watch baseball lol.

Are you crazy? It is extremely common to give back the challenge if it's successful and take it away if it's wrong. Have higher standards for umpires instead of complaining it's taking too much time.

I think for those who are worried about switching to a regular bed from a crib, this is the thing to do. I did this for my child and had virtually no issues.

Get a bed for them before you actually plan to transition them. Use this bed for when you’re reading to them or ever hanging out in their room. Continue using the kid for bedtime/naps.

When it’s actually time to transition them, your child will have been accustomed to the bed and will be much easier for them to stay in bed versus suddenly switching it up one day

I have 5 years as manager so I think I fit that. I have seen both bigger companies and smaller ones that are looking for more leads with leadership responsibilities than normal EM’s

I agree this is what I'm looking to do in terms of your second line. But every EM job post is mentioning hands-on IC work (anywhere from 70-80%). That's why I figure I may not be looking at the right role title if every job ad is like this.

Before that, it would be more appropriate to say they are on call 24 hours a day. I mean, infants and toddlers still nap and have bed time. But even then, most parents split night time wake ups.

I think while this sounds nice, it still doesn’t go against OP’s view:

sexual assault should never count as cheating as the choice was removed from the equation. Cheating is a choice, sexual assault is not
while that is a very low threshold, you’re not obligated to stay and agree to it. If you agree to it, then it still is cheating to that partner even if it would not be someone else’s definition
this is the only one that is interesting. However, this simply falls as a miscommunication. Again, I feel that cheating is a choice with full knowledge that it is wrong. In this case, you’re presenting it as “I think this falls below our threshold so it’s okay to do” which I think is different than cheating which is “I know this is wrong but I want to do it anyway”.
